ELK BUGLING!
One of the most popular activities in Rocky Mountain National Park during the fall is listening to the bull elks
as they bugle during their rutting season.  It may seem more like screeching or squealing, but the sound
these guys make is certainly unforgettable!  The herd also starts moving down out of the mountains and
congregating, making this prime elk watching season.  Just be careful when you drive - it's not uncommon
to round a curve and find an elk-jam.
Please note: Depending on your internet connection, it may take a few moments for the looping sound
clip to fully open.
