| After a couple of curves, the road drops down into Moraine Park. During the fall, this is an excellent area for elk viewing. On your left you will see the Moraine Park Museum. Across from it, the road that turns off to the right leads you through the park to Moraine Park Campground and Stables. Beyond there you will come to the Cub Lake and Fern Lake Trailheads. If you are in the mood for a short hike, the Pool is a popular destination along the Fern Lake Trail. |
